This notice explains the inquiry forms on Spence Brown’s website. Spence is a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Elite West.

What you share

The forms collect your name, email address or phone number, preferred contact method, area of interest and message. A home value request also asks for the property address and type. Please do not submit identification, banking details or financial documents through these forms.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to reply to your question, discuss your plans or prepare the home value review you requested. You must select the contact consent checkbox before submitting. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign.

How website inquiries are handled

Form submissions are processed through the website hosting service and Google Apps Script, recorded in Google Sheets and sent to Spence by email. The website is not currently connected to a CRM. Service providers process information as part of delivering these services and may process it outside Canada.

Website and campaign information

When you submit, the website also sends the page address, the referring page when available, and campaign information included in the link you used. This helps identify where inquiries came from, such as a flyer or QR code. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source and interactions with the site. Google may process this information outside Canada. You can limit analytics tracking through your browser’s privacy or cookie settings.

Your choices and questions

You can contact Spence to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention or deletion, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent to further contact. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Withdrawing consent may limit the ability to continue helping with your request.
